Change Management

Change management is a collective term for all approaches to prepare, support, and help stakeholders in implementing organizational change successfully. It addresses the human side of transformations that organisations undergo.

Genius Management Solutions makes use of a variety of processes, tools, and techniques to manage the people side of change and achieve the desired business outcomes. We support the implementation of teaching and learning systems, ERPs, and other digitised business processes. Our aim is to assist businesses implement change in such a way that it is expected, understood, accepted, and even looked forward to by stakeholders. 

We use the ADKAR Change Management Model to do this. We want to create:

A – Awareness, of what is and is not working in the organisation, single out the problems, and explore the options available.

D – Desire, by communicating the issues currently facing the organisation to stakeholders and explaining the benefits of adopting change to surmount the challenges.
                       At this stage we build momentum around the change whilst addressing any fears or reservations stakeholders may have.

K – Knowledge, by offering awareness to make sure that stakeholders are equipped and confident to participate in the change.

A – Ability, by offering training where relevant to make sure that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and abilities to confidently participate in the change.

R – Reinforcement, through continued monitoring and evaluation during the change process to be able to identify challenges stakeholders may be experiencing and improve                                                    current and future management of outputs, outcomes, and impact.
